Reiki First Degree Training 

 

Learn how to heal, relax and empower yourself and others with the universal healing energy of Reiki! 

 

Reiki means ‘universal life-force energy.' It refers to the practice of laying hands on or over the person receiving treatment to channel healing energy through their body.

 

On this magical two day course you will learn; 

What Reiki is and its origins.

How Reiki works.

How to heal yourself, your loved ones and your animals. 

The Science of Reiki

Reiki as a spiritual path.

How to use Reiki to manifest your dream life. 

Healing techniques to help you enhance every area of your life!

 

You will also receive a manual, four attunements, and a certificate of completion. 

 

Over the two days we will do practical exercises, meditations and you will receive and give Reiki.

 

By the end of this course you will have the confidence and skills to give Reiki to yourself, your loved ones and your animals.  You will also have a toolkit of Reiki techniques to help you heal all areas of your life and manifest your dreams!

This course will be held at The Natural Therapy Centre, The Fold, Bransford from 10-4.00 on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th February 2026.  The exchange for this course is £185 with a £50 deposit required to book your space.

You will be taught by Charlotte and Rosie. We are both reiki masters with over 30 years experience between us!
