The Path of the Initiate
Our Reiki Master Teacher Apprenticeship is a sacred, one-on-one journey offered over 6 to 12 months. Designed for those called to walk the path of the teacher, this immersive experience is both a deepening of your personal healing and a professional initiation into the art of teaching Reiki with integrity, wisdom, and heart.
This apprenticeship goes far beyond learning how to lead workshops — it is a transformational commitment to your own spiritual growth and mastery. To truly guide others, we must first walk deeply within ourselves. This path honors that truth.
🌿 What You Will Experience
🌕 Monthly 1:1 Mentorship with Charlotte
Once a month, you will meet privately with Charlotte to explore your personal and spiritual journey. These sessions include tailored guidance, soul work, recommended readings, and practices to expand your healing capacity and deepen your connection to Reiki. Your process will be honored and supported with care, respect, and intention.
🌕 Apprenticeship in Live Reiki Trainings
You will join Rosie and Charlotte in Reiki Level 1, 2, and Master courses in the role of apprentice. This includes observing classes, assisting students, and—when ready—gently stepping into teaching alongside us. These hands-on experiences will help you grow in confidence and presence as a Reiki guide.
🌕 Honoring the Lineage of Usui Reiki
You will study the sacred role and responsibility of being a Reiki teacher, including how to pass on the teachings of Mikao Usui in a way that remains true to his life, wisdom, and the traditional lineage.
🌕 Learn the Sacred Attunements
You will be trained to perform Reiki attunements at all levels — Reiki I, Reiki II, and Reiki Master — as well as how to offer Reiki blessings or “top-up” attunements to support your students’ energetic journeys.
🌕 Receive Your Master Teacher Attunement
At the heart of this journey is your Reiki Master Teacher attunement, received in a private, ceremonial setting. This initiation marks a profound energetic shift and a spiritual commitment to serve others with love, clarity, and reverence.
✨ When the Time is Right
This apprenticeship begins when you feel ready. We honor divine timing. The only prerequisite is that you’ve held the Reiki Master Practitioner level for at least 12 months.
By the end of the apprenticeship, you will be fully prepared — energetically and practically — to teach Reiki with authenticity, confidence, and sacred responsibility. You will have the tools, experience, and heart-centered support to guide your own students with grace and integrity.
